Job Requirements:


  • Expand Customer Base:

    Sell our AI solutions by maintaining and expanding the customer base and effectively managing your region.
  • Individual Performance:

    The role requires you to contribute as an Individual contributor in the region you are assigned, independently creating, managing, nurturing all opportunities within the region. Balance personal sales responsibilities with team management duties to meet overall sales goals.
  • Strategic Contribution

    : Contribute regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Establish Objectives:

    Set sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota that support national objectives.
  • Customer Relationships:

    Maintain and expand the customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Manage Sales Team:

    Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees in assigned districts. Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions.





Skills & Qualifications:



  • Industry Knowledge:

    Deep understanding of the Security and Surveillance industry; familiarity with video analytics, video management system , Command and control and other automation systems.
  • Government Experience:

    Proven experience in government business and bid management; adept at dealing with high-level decision-makers.
  • Ecosystem Connections:

    Strong network with Tier 1 & 2 system integrators, consultants, and OEMs.
  • Sales Motivation:

    Demonstrated drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Presentation Skills:

    Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Strong Communication:

    Effective verbal and written communication skills. Effective coordination with presales, BA, projects team to translate customer needs into proposals.
  • Closing Skills:

    Proficient in closing deals and securing commitments.
  • Relationship Building:

    Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales Planning:

    Expertise in sales planning and forecasting.
  • Leadership:

    Proven team leadership and management capabilities.
  • Software Proficiency:

    Experience with sales tracking tools and CRMs, preferably Zoho.
