About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Placements Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the placement activities, coordinating with stakeholder & job seekers, and ensuring smooth execution of placement processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in organizing and coordinating placement activities and drives. Communicate effectively with Job seekers, recruiters, and internal teams. Prepare and deliver presentations related to placement statistics, processes, and updates. Maintain and update placement records and reports using MS Word and Excel. Support the Placement team in day-to-day administrative tasks. Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination between students and recruiters. Assist in preparing placement brochures, reports, and other documentation as required. Requirements Recently completed MBA in Human Resources or Finance (mandatory). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills with proficiency in creating impactful presentations. Good coordination and organizational abilities. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn.
