Roles and Responsibilities:


We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Sales Operations Executive

to join our growing sales team. You will play a critical role in supporting the sales cycle, managing data and reporting, improving processes, and aligning our internal operations for scale and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally across departments.


  • Support day-to-day sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of all backend processes
  • Maintain and update sales databases, trackers, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track leads, conversions, and client onboarding workflows
  • Own sales reporting and performance dashboards; provide weekly/monthly insights to leadership
  • Assist in lead generation, data enrichment, and research on prospective accounts
  • Manage documentation for proposals, contracts, and renewals in collaboration with legal/finance
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve operational issues and implement best practices
  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management activities
  • Enable process improvements across the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle
  • The candidate should possess experience with GEM (Government E - Marketplace ) portal and be well-versed in working with various e-procurement platforms.


Job Requirements:


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or business operations
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets, and hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers, metrics, and reports
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with high ownership and attention to detail
