Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Sales Operations Executive

to join our growing sales team. You will play a critical role in supporting the sales cycle, managing data and reporting, improving processes, and aligning our internal operations for scale and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally across departments.

Support day-to-day sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of all backend processes
Maintain and update sales databases, trackers, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track leads, conversions, and client onboarding workflows
Own sales reporting and performance dashboards; provide weekly/monthly insights to leadership
Assist in lead generation, data enrichment, and research on prospective accounts
Manage documentation for proposals, contracts, and renewals in collaboration with legal/finance
Work closely with the sales team to resolve operational issues and implement best practices
Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management activities
Enable process improvements across the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle
The candidate should possess experience with GEM (Government E - Marketplace ) portal and be well-versed in working with various e-procurement platforms.

Job Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or business operations
Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets, and hands-on experience with CRM tools
Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers, metrics, and reports
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment
A proactive, self-starter attitude with high ownership and attention to detail
