Sales Operations Professional

Cogoport is looking for a Sales Operations professional to join their team. As a Sales Operations professional at Cogoport, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the efficiency of the sales tech stack and processes. Your responsibilities will include documenting and implementing sales compliance processes, conducting product training for sales teams, allocating and scoring leads to various sales teams, monitoring sales productivity, planning and forecasting sales revenue for all sales channels, analyzing customer behavior and market trends, and creating SQL-based dashboards for monitoring purposes. To be successful in this role, you should have 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, process optimization, or related fields. You should be proficient in project management and familiar with sales automation tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, and CPQ tools. Strong multitasking, prioritization, time management, data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are essential for this role.
