Job Summary:

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and market share growth in the assigned region by leading a team of Area Sales Managers and Executives.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall company goals.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, forecast trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand ground-level challenges and provide solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, Finance) for smooth operations.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales team.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports to management on regional performance and market updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership.
  • Fluent in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and English

    – both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
