As the

Regional Sales Manager - Key Accounts (South India)

, you will represent Givaudan South Asia Taste and Wellbeing team. You will be based in Bangalore would focus on Key accounts in the region. You need to hold a strategic view and approach on how to support and grow our flavors business across the assigned market with our customers. In this position, you will report to Sales Head of India.

Sounds interestingIn this exciting role you also will be responsible in:

  • Lead a sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Givaudan within the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and distributors; identify and pursue new business opportunities through visits, business reviews, negotiations, product presentations, and promotions.
  • Provide regular insights to management on market opportunities for Givaudan Taste Wellbeing, leveraging cross-functional collaboration with RD, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and finance teams.
  • Develop and execute account development plans, defining customer strategies and needs; maintain a robust project pipeline with detailed knowledge of key projects, their status, and success probabilities.
  • Manage customer orders and service levels while negotiating prices in line with the approved sales policy.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on customers, product portfolio, pricing, delivery terms, payment terms, and sales forecasts in relevant databases; follow up on outstanding and overdue payments.
  • Define and implement strategic sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and KPIs for SMEs and channel partners in the assigned territory.
  • Oversee and optimize the brief pipeline to ensure quality and quantity of projects align with growth objectives.
  • Coordinate and drive regional promotional activities in partnership with Marketing and Technical teams to generate new business.
