Regional Sales Manager - Channel Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners across the assigned region.
• Drive sales through channel expansion, new dealer acquisition, and performance improvement of existing partners.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration and business growth.
• Conduct regular market visits to track secondary sales, channel health, and competitor activities.
• Ensure effective inventory planning, product availability, and order fulfillment at distributor/dealer level.
• Train and support channel partners on product knowledge, schemes, and business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and business reviews for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams to design schemes, campaigns, and promotional activities for the channel network.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit management for channel partners.

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
• 8 15 years of proven experience in

  channel sales, distribution, or dealer management

  , with at least 5 years in the

  battery / energy storage / inverter / power products

  industry.
• Strong understanding of

  channel sales dynamics, dealer networks, and secondary sales management

  .
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through dealer/distributor-led models.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large territories and build scalable channel networks.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
