Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve

  corporate sales targets

• Identify and acquire

• Drive

  B2B sales initiatives

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver consistent performance.
• Build strong networks with

  decision-makers, procurement heads, and CXOs

• Conduct

  market research

  to identify new opportunities and trends in corporate sales.
• Prepare and present

  sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews

  to senior management.
• Regularly meeting with admin/facilities/procurement Heads.
• Ensure high levels of

  customer satisfaction

  through effective service delivery and client engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to support sales growth.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA in

  Sales, Marketing, or Business Management

  .

• 6 -10 years

  of proven experience in

  corporate sales / B2B sales / key account management

  .
• Strong understanding of corporate procurement cycles and enterprise sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage

  large accounts and multi-crore business portfolios

  .
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and result-oriented environment.
