Corporate Sales Manager

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for training and consulting services. Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B training programs, long-term contracts, and consulting engagements.
• Build a strong pipeline across industries like manufacturing, pharma, BFSI, logistics, and IT.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through structured planning and follow-ups.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, L&D leaders, and departmental heads
• Understand organizational needs and recommend customized training and consulting solutions
• Drive repeat business through consistent service quality and engagement.

Solution Selling & Proposal Management

• Lead client discussions, capability presentations, and solution demonstrations
• Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and contracts aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics, digital transformation, operational excellence, and corporate training.
• Identify new market opportunities, segments, and partnership models
• Provide strategic insights to management for service enhancement and product development.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor junior business development executives and interns
• Support in-organizing open programs, webinars, and promotional events.
• Represent Stat Modeller at conferences, networking meets, and corporate forums.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B training sales (corporate training, e-learning, consulting).
• MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing enterprise clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
