Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Patna. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and conducting market analysis. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key clients, supervising sales teams, and collaborating with marketing departments to expand market reach. The role also involves preparing sales reports, forecasting future sales trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and goals
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in supervising sales teams and managing team dynamics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical skills for preparing sales reports and forecasting trends
• Ability to work on-site in Patna and travel as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the automotive or industrial lubricant industry is a plus
