Leveraging advanced manufacturing technology, HIPL is committed to quality and innovation. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Patna. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and conducting market analysis. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key clients, supervising sales teams, and collaborating with marketing departments to expand market reach. The role also involves preparing sales reports, forecasting future sales trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Strong understanding of sales operations, sales strategies, and market analysis Proven track record in meeting sales targets and goals Experience in building and maintaining client relationships Proficiency in supervising sales teams and managing team dynamics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to collaborate with marketing departments and other internal teams Strong analytical skills for preparing sales reports and forecasting trends Ability to work on-site in Patna and travel as required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the automotive or industrial lubricant industry is a plus
