Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Regional Sales Manager at Digiswitch Infotech Pvt Ltd. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within their designated region, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy development and implementation, client relationship management, and business development
• Skills in market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the IT or technology industry is a plus
