We’re seeking a driven and technically sound individual to lead regional business development for cutting-edge technologies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. 🔹 Position: Regional Sales Manager 🔹 Location: Hyderabad 🔹 Experience: 7–8 years in technical sales within the biopharmaceutical or injectables segment 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and business growth for advanced instrumentation used in formulation development and sterile manufacturing Lead technical discussions and solution presentations for systems, including: ▪️ High Pressure Homogenizers (HPH) ▪️ LNPs Continuous Manufacturing technology ▪️ PAT tools (Raman, NIR, UV) ▪️ Jet Milling ▪️ Injectable processing technologies Develop and maintain strategic relationships with R&D, production, and procurement teams in pharma and biotech companies Execute regional sales strategies, proposals, demos, and end-to-end deal closure Collaborate with cross-functional technical, service, and application support teams ✅ Ideal Candidate Profile: 7–8 years of successful sales experience in biopharma instrumentation Strong knowledge of injectable drug development , sterile facilities , and formulation technologies Prior experience with HPH, PAT systems, or bioprocess equipment is a significant advantage Excellent communication, consultative selling, and account management skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a regional role ✨ What We Offer: Opportunity to work with innovative, globally recognized technologies High-impact role with visibility and growth potential Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives Collaborative, innovation-driven culture 📩 Ready to take the next step?
