Job Description

Job Title: Regional Lead, Sales

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the IFM or related industries, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Reports To: [Sales Director / VP of Sales]

Location: Mumbai

Internal Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of [5-7] years of B2B sales experience, with at least [3-5] years in the Integrated Facility Management or related service industry.

• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IFM market, service offerings, and key customer needs across sectors such as corporate offices, industrial, healthcare, and commercial real estate.

• Sales Acumen: Exceptional sales skills, with a deep understanding of the sales process, negotiation, and closing deals in complex environments.

• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and clients.

• Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market trends, customer requirements, and financial performance.

• Travel: Willingness to travel within the region as required.
