Regional Sales Head

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Head in Kolkata (East India) at Vertoz, an AI-powered MadTech and CloudTech Platform, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, P&L management, and strategic expansion in the East region. You will leverage your expertise in digital media, market relationships, and leadership skills to achieve consistent business results in Agency and Direct Brand Sales. Your role will also involve leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team and maintaining a strong understanding of Programmatic, In-App, and Digital Advertising ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: - Drive overall revenue generation and P&L management for the Kolkata region. - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team in the East market. - Develop and execute sales strategies for Agency & Direct Brand sales with a focus on Programmatic, In-App, and Strategic Alliances. - Build and nurture relationships with agencies, brands, and key decision-makers in the East India market. - Achieve and exceed sales targets by monitoring KPIs and ensuring business objectives are met. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AdOps, Product, Client Servicing) for seamless campaign delivery and client success. - Provide market intelligence and competitor insights from the Kolkata/East region to management. - Manage forecasting, pipeline development, and report on sales performance. - Represent the company at regional industry forums, digital marketing events, and trade conferences. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience in Agency & Digital Media Sales, preferably in East India. - Strong understanding of Programmatic and In-App advertising ecosystems. - Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing teams. - Established network of agencies and brands in the Kolkata/East region. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.,
