Job Description

The Regional Sales Head (RSM) is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a designated region. You will manage a team of sales representatives, develop regional sales strategies, meet revenue targets, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners. Your key responsibilities will include selling products, managing the customer base, and staff, and achieving regional sales objectives through strategic planning and reviews. You will need to recruit, train, and lead employees, resolve problems, identify trends, and implement changes when necessary. You will communicate job expectations, plan compensation strategies, and establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives. Additionally, you will maintain and expand the customer base by counseling district sales representatives, building rapport with key customers, and identifying new opportunities. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with previous sales and management experience. Experience using sales tracking software will be beneficial. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
