Regional Sales Head

As a high-performing and entrepreneurial sales professional at RMgX, a Gurgaon-based digital product innovation & consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in independently identifying, engaging, and closing new logo opportunities. Your primary focus will be on enterprise B2B sales in the UK market, aiming to achieve a target order booking of $500K USD. Your responsibilities will include identifying, pursuing, and converting new logo opportunities, creating and managing a robust pipeline of qualified leads, engaging in consultative conversations to understand client challenges, effectively positioning RMgX services to solve client problems, collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling solutions, managing the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closure, developing sales playbooks and go-to-market strategy, and representing RMgX at industry events and forums. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of B2B IT services sales experience, with a focus on the UK or North America for at least 3 years. You must demonstrate a track record of acquiring new logos, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a strong understanding of IT services sales cycles and exposure to digital product engineering. Additionally, familiarity with working with partners, experience in industries such as BFSI, Transport & Logistics, Retail & E-commerce, Media & Entertainment, and Technology, and proficiency in consultative and value-based selling are preferred qualifications. This position offers high autonomy and impact, allowing you to work directly with RMgX leadership to shape the international sales engine of the company. A Bachelor's degree is required, while an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
