We are looking to hire Regional Manager  – Pharma Sales position. The responsibilities and required skills for this role are outlined below.

Designation: Regional Manager - Pharma Sales

Core Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for pharma products in the Western Region.

- Identify potential customers for cold chain, Pharma, Health care, and other time and temperature control products within the Western Region.

- Manage the full sales cycle, including meeting with and closing deals with pharma customers.

- Ensure existing business retention and develop strong relationships by meeting and following up with current clients regularly.

- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.

- Develop and implement internal sales procedures and policies.

- Negotiate and close agreements with major customers.

- Drive growth in the client base and gross margin across Pan India.

- Establish a clear roadmap to achieve product-wise Gross Profit (GP) targets.

- Maintain a robust pipeline of target accounts and monitor their performance closely.

- Ensure all personal sales targets are achieved.

- Contribute to the improvement of the company's products, services, and expertise based on market feedback.

- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

- Manage collections on a weekly basis.

- Ensure that invoices are correctly and promptly raised and submitted to customers.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum experience of 10+ years in the Express International logistics or Freight forwarding industry, with a strong focus on the Pharma vertical.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent people management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proven relationship-building capabilities (People Skills and Relationship Skills).

- Must possess high energy levels and an aggressive approach to achieving goals.

- Demonstrated personal leadership and strong conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating ethics, integrity, drive, and purpose.

- Flexible and capable of working in fast-paced and varying environments.

- Must be willing to travel without constraint.
