Job Overview: We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee and expand our operations in designated regions .The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the overseas education industry , with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive sales, manage teams, and ensure business growth. This role requires travel between the locations (based on the need of the business). Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve student enrolment targets across designated regions. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor branch managers and counsellors, ensuring high productivity and motivation. Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for business growth and build partnerships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders. Sales & Revenue Management: Drive revenue targets, optimize lead conversion, and enhance the student counselling process. Operations & Compliance: Ensure smooth branch operations, adherence to company policies, and compliance with international education guidelines. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. Travel & Coordination: Willingness to travel to oversee branch operations and support teams effectively. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in overseas education consulting , with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of study abroad markets , including student counseling, university admissions, and visa processes. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, set targets, and drive results . Communication & Networking: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Flexibility & Travel: Open to travel base on the need of business. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with study destinations like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Europe etc. Strong network with universities, colleges, and study abroad service providers. Exposure to marketing, events, and lead generation strategies in the education sector.
