Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Manager based in Mumbai. The Regional Manager will oversee sales forecasting, Distributors Management and support a team of sales representatives, develop regional sales strategies, and ensure sales targets are met in POC Devices/RT PCR Kits/Enzymes. This role involves significant client interaction in diagnostics sector/Healthcare, including building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. The position requires some work-from-home flexibility while maintaining a strong presence in the field.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Molecular Diagnostics Sales Management and Team Leadership
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and diagnostic products
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• MBA/ MSc Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to hybrid working
• Experience in regional management is a plus
