Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Manager based in Mumbai. The Regional Manager will oversee sales forecasting, Distributors Management and support a team of sales representatives, develop regional sales strategies, and ensure sales targets are met in POC Devices/RT PCR Kits/Enzymes. This role involves significant client interaction in diagnostics sector/Healthcare, including building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. The position requires some work-from-home flexibility while maintaining a strong presence in the field. Qualifications Proven experience in Molecular Diagnostics Sales Management and Team Leadership Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and diagnostic products Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills Analytical thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies MBA/ MSc Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to hybrid working Experience in regional management is a plus
