Regional Manager-
Hospital Sales
to promote our EMR solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales, enhance healthcare solutions, and contribute to our growing impact in the industry. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential hospital clients through market research, networking, and cold-calling to build a strong pipeline. -
Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Directors, Chief Medical Officers, and department heads. -
Product Demos & Presentations:
Conduct detailed product demos and presentations to demonstrate how EkaCares EMR solution enhances patient care, optimizes hospital operations, and complies with healthcare regulations. -
Solution Customization:
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to tailor EMR solutions to meet the unique needs of each hospital. -
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Lead contract negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and EkaCare. -
Market Analysis:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights and feedback to internal teams. -
Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare regular sales reports, and provide precise sales forecasts to management. -
Industry Representation:
Represent EkaCare at healthcare conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our EMR solutions and strengthen our market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

6-12 years of proven sales experience
in hospital sales, particularly in healthcare IT or software solutions. - Strong understanding of
hospital operations
, healthcare regulations
, and EMR systems
. - Proven track record of building relationships with hospital decision-makers and driving revenue.
- Exceptional
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
. - Ability to excel both
independently
and as part of a collaborative team
in a fast-paced environment. -
Willingness to travel
as required for client meetings and industry events.
