Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

MSME Customer Development

Identify MSME businesses with potential polymer requirements across your territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, purchase heads, and decision-makers.
Understand the customers product and application needs to suggest appropriate polymer solutions.
Educate MSME customers on product benefits and build long-term trust.

Lead Generation & Sales Execution

Plan and execute market visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
Drive order bookings through targeted pitching, follow-ups, and solutioning.
Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and issue resolution.

Market Insight & Reporting

Monitor market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activity in the MSME segment.
Share timely insights and feedback with category and planning teams.
Maintain updated customer funnel, visit reports, and sales performance data

Who can apply with us :

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in
Polymers, Plastics, or Industrial Raw Materials
.
Prior exposure to
MSME customers
in manufacturing, packaging, or similar sectors is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and convert leads consistently.
Comfortable using MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
