Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is looking for Regional Manager-Customer 360-BRANCH BANKING-Customer 360 to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for the region in alignment with overall company goals and objectives
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple locations, ensuring efficient processes, resource allocation, and customer service Team Leadership: Manage and provide leadership to branch managers or teams within the region Set performance expectations, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate the performance of each location and the region as a whole Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for the region, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all locations Address customer feedback, concerns, and service issues
