Role Overview

Regional Manager – Brand Partnerships & Alliances

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
  • Lead and manage a

    regional team of Brand Partnerships / Ad Sales Managers

    across multiple cities.
  • Set revenue targets, drive performance reviews, and build a high-ownership sales culture.
  • Coach teams on consultative selling and enterprise-level deal closures.
National Brand Partnerships & Alliances
  • Acquire and grow

    national brand relationships

    across sectors such as FMCG, BFSI, e-commerce, consumer durables, telecom, automobiles, education, healthcare, and lifestyle.
  • Build

    long-term alliances

    with national brand marketing teams, media agencies, and buying houses.
  • Own

    large deal negotiations

    , annual contracts, and multi-city campaign rollouts.
Monetization & Revenue Growth
  • Monetize NoBrokerHood’s

    digital ad inventory

    (in-app banners, approval screens, push notifications, community forums).
  • Drive

    on-ground and experiential formats

    (lift branding, society takeovers, DOOH, kiosks, sampling, resident events, festivals, and activations).
  • Create scalable, bundled offerings for

    pan-India deployments

    .
Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Partner with internal operations and product teams to ensure seamless

    multi-city campaign execution

    .
  • Ensure delivery against

    ROI, reach, engagement, and lead-generation KPIs

    .
  • Share performance insights, reports, and optimization recommendations with clients and agencies.
Market Strategy & Growth
  • Own regional monetization strategy aligned with

    national revenue objectives

    .
  • Track competitive media offerings, pricing benchmarks, and emerging advertising innovations.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 6–10 years

    of experience in

    Brand Partnerships, Advertising Sales, or Media Sales

    .
  • 3–5 years of people management experience

    , managing multi-city or enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of

    closing national brand deals and annual partnerships

    .
  • Strong network with

    national advertisers, media agencies, and media planners/buyers

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking.
