Regional Manager

Position: Regional Manager – South

Key Responsibilities:

Manage telephonic communication with branches, franchises, and clients.

Visit and supervise branches/franchises to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company standards.

Follow up on payments from branches and ensure timely collection of dues.

Conduct market surveys and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitors.

Oversee fleet management, including tracking, scheduling, fuel consumption, toll, maintenance, and expense monitoring.

Prepare and update reports on branch performance, collections, and fleet operations for management review.

Assist in implementing business development strategies and expanding franchise/branch networks.

Support the Branch Manager in strategic planning, team management, and execution of company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2 to 4 years of experience in logistics or courier industries.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proven ability in operations management, team coordination, and client relationship handling.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
