Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Legal Manager, located in Agra. The Regional Legal Manager will be responsible for managing legal operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal advice across various departments. Daily tasks will include handling litigation, coordinating with external legal firms, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research. The role also involves collaborating with the management team to mitigate legal risks and ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Legal Operations, Regulatory Compliance, and Litigation
• Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents and conducting Legal Research
• Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or memberships in legal associations
