Regional Legal Manager

As a Regional Legal Manager, your role involves: - Scrutinizing Legal Scrutiny Report, Title Search Report, and Vetting report for cases initiated and Vetting of Original Property Papers. - Preparing Internal Legal Scrutiny reports and initiating individual cases to empanelled Advocate for Scrutiny. - Liaisoning with enforcement authorities and drafting an appropriate response to the statutory notices served on the Company in coordination with H.O. - Initiating legal proceedings against the delinquent customer. - Handling customers" grievances/notices to resolve the dispute and ensuring proper replies within the timeframe. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to conduct training sessions for various stakeholders on the execution of documents.
