Department - Sales (Secured Loan)
Role - Relationship Manager
Location - Andhra Pradesh Branches - Rajahmundry, Nandyala, Hindupur, Mahboobnagar, Palakollu, Siddipet, Madanpalle, Kakinada

Role & Responsibilities

PRIMARY

RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for branch productivity.
Adherence to process, disbursement Collection etc.
Should have potential to take the initiative in building a growing customer base.
Responsible for recruitment of relationship managers for particular branches.
Responsible for managing Profit and loss of a branch.
Responsible for individual & Teams targets.
Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and manage overdue collections.
Taking care of Teams Productivity and business.

Desired Skills

A graduate / P.G in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months to 5 year of experience LAP / Business loan.
Must have team handling Experience
