Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Value Current Account Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Acquire
new-to-bank High-Value Current Accounts
, targeting SMEs, corporates, traders, exporters/importers, and high-potential business customers.
Ensure high-quality acquisition by profiling clients for
monthly average balance (MAB)
, transaction potential, and cross-sell opportunities.
Drive productivity through cold calls, market visits, channel 9partnerships, references, and corporate tie-ups.
Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent month-on-month growth.

2. Current Account Portfolio Management

Achieve assigned
current account growth & revenue targets
.
Ensure client activation by driving
transaction volumes
, digital platform usage, and maintenance of balances.
Monitor portfolio health, reduce attrition, and increase wallet share by offering relevant banking solutions.

3. Trade & Forex Sales

Identify and onboard clients with
trade and forex requirements
(LCs, BGs, remittances, export-import transactions, forwards, etc.).
Collaborate with the Trade Desk and Treasury teams to provide effective pricing and product structuring.
Deliver revenue through
Forex, CMS, and other value-added trade products

4. HNI & Key Client Relationship Management

Manage and nurture relationships with
High Net Worth and premium clients
, ensuring superior service delivery.
Conduct periodic reviews, understand financial needs, and offer relevant banking solutions.
Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term association.
