Relationship Manager- Tamil Nadu

As a Relationship Manager in the Sales department, your primary responsibility will be to source new customers for Micro LAP products. This will involve utilizing various channels such as direct sales, references, channel partners, and marketing campaigns. Your goal will be to generate leads and convert them into business by maintaining effective follow-ups. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP will be crucial for this role. In addition to acquiring new customers, you will also be required to conduct field visits for customer meetings, document collection, and property verification. This hands-on approach will help in building strong relationships with customers and ensuring the smooth processing of transactions. The qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 12th grade education, with preference given to graduates. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience will be preferred, although fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. It is mandatory for candidates to possess a bike and a valid driving license.
