Position

  • As a Regional Head responsible for the entire HR function for region.
  • Strategic manpower planning by collaborating with business and ensure that requirements are in sync with annual operating plan and organization's operating structure.
  • Recruitment Activities (Campus hiring, Interviewing, Salary negotiation etc).
  • Collaborate with COE Team to strategize and execute staffing requirement.
  • Ensure seamless on-boarding of employees.
  • Maintain 95% staffing levels in RMX function by maintaining recruitment TAT. Junior level replacement hires within 25 days & middle level 45 days.
  • Ensure right mix in every team as per defined D&I parameters.
  • Execute manpower recruitment strategy for RMX expansion in region for New Plants hiring, inducting DET / GET and Task Force.
  • Facilitate performance management process in partner functions and also contribute by means of professional expertise and guidance.
  • Tracking of monthly & quarterly Manpower Productivity Plant wise & Region wise as per benchmark. Take actions like performance discussion, manpower deployment alongwith respective stakeholders to improve productivity and increase performance level.
  • Work with the functions to capture functional training needs and fulfillment of the same.
  • Collaborate with central L&D team on corporate L&D agenda.
  • Designing Training Modules.
  • Drive organization health & manager connect surveys, as and when conducted, and ensure maximum coverage from the partner functions.
  • Partner with leaders to maintain employee motivation through effective Reward & Recognition schemes / incentive schemes.
  • Have JDs for all roles updated at defined frequency.
  • Develop a culture of appreciating performance by creating forums for recognition.
  • Defining HR policies and processes in line with Organization Vision, Mission & Values.
  • Maintained average Appraisals, Increments & Promotions as per the Company Budget.
  • Actively participate in Business Review Meeting & Work closely with Business Team.
  • R&R Activities for RMX.
  • Partnership with HSE Team in Safety, PRTP, Health SOP & Execution Excellence.
  • Employee Engagement Activities for Region.
  • Ensuring 100% Statutory Compliance in Region.
  • Compliance of Internal Audit Points.
  • Contract Labour Cost Reduction & Redeployment.
  • Attrition Analysis.
  • Conduct Dipstick Survey and Ensure implementation of all improvement actions identified.
  • Functional Competency Mapping.
  • Payroll Processing of all the employees in region.
  • Helping the employees with all the grievances related to PF and Health Insurance.
  • Maintaining HRIS accurately in NEST also maintaining different MIS in offline.
  • Processing of FnF of the separating employees
