Regional HRBP

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager- HR Business Partnering at our leading logistics tech company in India, you will play a vital role as an individual contributor focusing on regional people partnering, grievance handling & culture building, performance & development, and engagement & communication. You will be expected to thrive in fast-moving environments, bring strong regional context, and prioritize people-first thinking. Your deep connections with ground teams across regions and ability to influence zonal and regional leaders will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Regional People Partnering: - Act as the go-to HR partner for regional teams, offering actionable support based on an understanding of challenges on the ground. - Influence Zonal Heads and RCMs while balancing employee and business priorities. - Travel to key cities/zones to establish connections, gather feedback, and build relationships. - Grievance Handling & Culture Building: - Address employee concerns with empathy and urgency. - Uphold candidates" values and culture. - Facilitate whistleblower conversations and handle disciplinary matters with discretion. - Performance & Development: - Conduct performance management discussions with managers. - Collaborate with central HR teams to identify upskilling needs and implement training initiatives. - Ensure smooth running of feedback loops, confirmations, and performance cases. - Engagement & Communication: - Collaborate with city managers to drive engagement, recognition, and connection activities. - Proactively conduct employee 1:1s and pulse check-ins. Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist / Field HR roles. - Fluency in at least one South Indian language. - Experience in managing regional or distributed teams is a strong advantage. - Excellent influencing and communication skills. - Ability to work independently, build trust with the business, and follow through on outcomes. - Proficiency in HR data tracking and maintaining detailed records.,
