Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified
candidates for ISRs and USRs positions, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent.
Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including market work, job boards, social media, networking, and
referrals, to source potential candidates.
Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with the
Territory Sales Incharge / Area Sales Managers / Regional Sales Managers to identify candidates who
meet the business requirements and cultural fit of the organization.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process,
ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive impression of the company.
Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide insights on market
trends, and facilitate the selection process to make informed hiring decisions.
Ensure compliance with the internal hiring policy, as well as all the relevant laws and
regulations governing recruitment and hiring processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate status, pipeline metrics, and hiring trends. Direct reporting will be to the Zonal Sales Director for the North 1 zone, with administrative reporting to the National Sales Human Resource Lead.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
Operational Support: Provide operational support required for engagement with the hired talent. This can include (but not limited to) event planning and inducting by giving walkthrough of applicable policies and procedures.
Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances within the zone. Address issues promptly and empathetically, ensuring fair resolution in alignment with company policies and values.
Provide ongoing HR support to sales teams, including guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace behavior.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Zonal Sales Director and RSMs to identify and address people-related challenges, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
Gather employee feedback and share actionable insights with leadership to improve engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
Educate employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application and understanding across the zone.
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; proficiency in other South Indian languages is an added advantage
Experience in talent acquisition and business partnering, with a focus on managing Sales professionals in the FMCG/OTC sector.
Willingness to travel at least 10 15 days in a month within the designated region as needed.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for feet-on-street roles in FMCG, or OTC sectors.
Knowledge of local market dynamics and talent trends in the South zone (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala)
