Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. - 12-15 years of experience in healthcare operations or client-facing roles, preferably in the employer-direct healthcare sector. - Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and strategic account leadership. - Profound knowledge of staffing, ROI, budgeting, and capacity planning. - Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities. - Ability to oversee complex multi-site operations and lead teams across different geographies.
