Assistant Manager - Customer Excellence

The Assistant Manager Customer Excellence will work at our Pune office managing multiple Occupational Health Centres. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Doctors, Nurses, and administrative staff. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the daily operations, workflow, work schedules, and timecard monitoring to ensure efficient and effective health centre performance. You will play a key role in creating site-specific goals and measurements related to the needs of our clients and will be responsible for effectively communicating across various sites to ensure consistency in messaging. As the Assistant Manager Customer Excellence, you will be expected to compile input for the performance appraisal process for all staff members, participate in the hiring process, and provide training and orientation to new hires. Additionally, you will identify process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, and present resolutions and recommendations to the management team. Your role will involve coaching and providing regular feedback to staff, serving as a client contact, and communicating regularly with staff through meetings and updates. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree and have 3-5 years of experience in client-facing operational roles, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and a willingness to travel as needed is expected.
