About the Role:

Regional Head – Customer Excellence

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients — driving strategic partnerships and integration opportunities.
• Enhance client satisfaction through proactive, value-driven engagement.
• Drive performance improvements and innovative operational strategies across onsite health clinics.
• Lead multi-line service operations, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple client sites.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to site-level teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Medical, Legal, Compliance) to ensure regulatory and quality standards.
• Participate in client onboarding processes, handling escalations with professionalism.
• Manage strategic meetings, projects, and initiatives to align with organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in healthcare operations or client-facing roles, ideally within employer-direct healthcare.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and strategic account leadership.
• Strong understanding of staffing, ROI, budgeting, and capacity planning.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage complex multi-site operations and lead teams across geographies.
