You'll partner closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals overseeing everything from recruitment, payroll, and compliance to employee engagement and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee Payroll Management, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely disbursement.
• Lead Compliance Management including adherence to labor laws, statutory filings, and internal HR policies.
• Drive core HR functions such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals.
• Provide innovative HR solutions to support business scalability and organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent; HR certification preferred.
• 810 years of progressive HR experience in generalist and leadership roles, including payroll & compliance management.
• Strong background in talent management, performance management, compensation, grievance handling, and policy formulation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a service-based or healthcare industry preferred.
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
