Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regional Debt Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience and a strong background in retail finance, collections, and debt management.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collections process for timely debt recovery.

Develop and implement strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve credit quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Job

Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and broking.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

Experience in managing teams and leading by example.

Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems is an advantage.
