Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regional Business Manager to lead our Eterna team, with 4-11 years of experience in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical/Clinical Research industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
