RB-LS:Officer Sales-SA

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Officer Sales to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or ficial services industry

• Identify and acquire new customers to increase business growth
• Manage existing customer relationships to enhance their value
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets as per the Grade Matrix
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the ficial services industry
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business expansion

• Good communication skills in English and the local language
• Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player with high sales orientation
• Familiarity with Android devices and versions (eg, OPPO, VIVO, MI, 1+, Samsung, Realme)
• Strong understanding of liability acquisition, assets, retail forex business, and trust accounts
• A graduate degree is required for this role
