Bharat Banking:Sales Manager - Gold Loan

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in the rural lending space The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience

• Achieve disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring high service standards
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Engage with customers to generate revenue by promoting and cross-selling other products
• Manage relationships with customers to increase depth of existing relationships
• Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the bank
• Recover soft loans from the existing portfolio

• Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• Possess good communication skills in both English and the local language
• Demonstrate excellent lead generation and conversion skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines is essential
• Exhibit a high sales orientation to consistently meet sales targets
• Ability to manage complex client situations and coach/mentor others
• Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
