WBP:Commercial Cards - PSM Sales Team

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Cards - PSM Sales Team member in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the field

• Drive the commercial card business for assigned segments, including CBG, branches, and NTB clients
• Achieve overall business KRA's and manage mapped client base to deliver business goals
• Manage internal stakeholders across coverage, product, BSG, IT, branches, operations, underwriting, risk, policy, and compliance teams
• Engage regularly with stakeholders in the respective mapped segment to drive commercial card penetration
• Position commercial cards products based on client needs and acquire new clients
• Deepen commercial cards products within the mapped client base and cross-sell CMS products
• Manage delinquency and maintain an in-depth understanding of commercial cards products and processes
• Drive partnership engagements with travel companies, auto/two-wheeler insurance brokers, fintechs, etc, as needed

• Post Graduate in Business Management or equivalent
• Understanding of the commercial card business and at least 5-7 years of work experience
• Experience in cards/commercial cards is preferred
• Result-oriented and willing to deliver on business/client requirements
• Fair understanding of the commercial card business and its systems and processes
• Ability to work effectively across functions and possess strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals
• Flexible thought process and ability to adapt to daily work changes
• Knowledge and proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
