Job Description

About
Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Current Accounts, CMS, Commercial Cards, Trade and Forex, BBPS and Fastag and Sector Solutions. It also focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and services of the corporate customers. The Marketing and the Implementation team manages the branding and smooth onboarding of customers.About the RoleTo drive the Commercial Card Business of the coverage segments assigned (including CBG), Branches and NTB clients. The CC PSM will be responsible for delivering individual segmental budgets in terms of revenue, new client onboarding, spends, limit set-up. The Role will also extensively demand internal stakeholder management across Coverage, Product, BSG, IT, Branches, Operations etc.

Key Responsibilities
. Responsible for achieving the overall Business KRA's. Responsible for managing the mapped client base to deliver on the business goals. Internal Stakeholder management across Coverage, Product, BSG, IT, Branches, Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Policy and Compliance team. Regular engagement with the stakeholders of the respective mapped segment in Coverage to drive commercial card penetration in their respective portfolios. Need based positioning of the Commercial Cards Products across the client base.. Acquiring of the Clients for Commercial Cards. Deepening of the Commercial Cards product within the mapped client base.. Cross Sell of CMS products to the mapped Commercial Card Clients.. Delinquency management. To have an in-depth understanding of the Commercial Cards products and processes. Drive partnership engagements with Travel Cos, Auto/Two Wheeler Insurance Broking/Fintechs as and when the role demands

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
. Post Graduate in Business Management. Understanding of the Commercial Card business.. Alteast 5-7 years work experience. Cards/Commercial Cards experience preferred.. Should be result oriented and willing to deliver on the business/client requirements

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
. Have a fair understanding of the commercial card business. Possess a fair understanding of Cards System and Processes. Ability to work effectively across functions. Have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills. Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals. Ability to deliver under high pressure environment. Should be flexible in thought process and display agility in day to day work. Should have knowledge and be able to work on MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
