RB - Cards:CC Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Acquiring and Cards department The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and managing complex client situations

• Drive sales through branches, open market, and digital channels to achieve operating plans for Axis Bank Cards
• Achieve sales and fees volume targets for new card acquisitions and cross-sell of accounts
• Create product visibility and awareness in assigned cluster of branches
• Conduct branch campaigns and desk activities at corporates with salary accounts
• Collaborate with risk, branch channel, and salary channels to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure all sales processes meet statutory and regulatory requirements and internal compliance norms
• Provide regular market feedback on competition

• Graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institute
• Possess good communication skills in both English and the local language, along with excellent lead generation and conversion abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high sales orientation to consistently meet targets
• Exhibit strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage complex client situations
• Be able to coach and mentor others, while also managing risk and uncertainty within a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Have a strong understanding of the cards and merchant acquiring business of the bank

The Acquiring and Cards department focuses on the cards and merchant acquiring business of the bank, offering a wide range of cards designed for specific customer needs alongside PoS services under the Acquiring business vertical within the cards team The department is responsible for driving growth in the UPI payments space
