Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Business Manager to lead our Transplant and Renal Care team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical/Clinical Research industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals and medical professionals.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to optimize business results.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical/Clinical Research industry.
Strong understanding of the transplant and renal care market, including current trends and challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams to drive business growth.
