Regional Business Manager

The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience in franchise development and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development:

• Identify, evaluate, and secure potential franchisees.
• Manage the franchise sales process from lead generation to agreement signing.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
• Represent the brand at franchise expos, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Franchise Operations Management:

• Oversee the onboarding, training, and launch of new franchise locations.
• Implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency across all centres.
• Provide ongoing support to franchisees to improve performance and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Conduct regular operational audits and visits to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, customer service, and quality control.
• Analyse franchise performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support franchisee success.
• Admission support and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or post graduate degree in Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in franchise development and operations.
• Proven track record of successful franchise sales and operations management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and data analysis tools and regional language.
