We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Regional Business Manager (Franchise Development and Operations) to lead the expansion and operational excellence of our franchise network. This role is responsible for identifying and recruiting new franchise partners, supporting them through the onboarding process, and ensuring that all franchisees adhere to the companys standards, processes, and brand values. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience in franchise development and operational management. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Development: Identify, evaluate, and secure potential franchisees. Manage the franchise sales process from lead generation to agreement signing. Conduct market research and feasibility studies. Represent the brand at franchise expos, industry events, and networking opportunities. Franchise Operations Management: Oversee the onboarding, training, and launch of new franchise locations. Implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency across all centres. Provide ongoing support to franchisees to improve performance and ensure compliance with brand standards. Conduct regular operational audits and visits to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, customer service, and quality control. Analyse franchise performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and growth. Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support franchisee success. Admission support and management. Qualifications: Bachelor's or post graduate degree in Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5+ years of experience in franchise development and operations. Proven track record of successful franchise sales and operations management. Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as required. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and data analysis tools and regional language.
