Purpose/Objective


    Setting and achieving both short-term and long-term sales goals within the assigned region

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth. Team Management: Leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges. Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
