Job Description

As a Client Partner at the company, your role is crucial in developing revenue-producing relationships with decision-making executives and driving the business cycle of all assigned sales opportunities. You will be responsible for owning and growing key multinational accounts within the Industries, with the objective of delivering profitable growth. This includes managing client relationships, working with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams, and leading proactive solutions for the account. Additionally, you will be facilitating workshops, establishing account strategy, and negotiating account management contracts to maximize profit. Key Responsibilities: - Own and grow key multinational accounts within the Industries - Manage client relationships with key decision makers - Work with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams onsite and offshore - Lead proactive solutions for the account - Facilitate workshops and establish deep relationships with key client executives - Execute account strategy mapping to customer priorities and competitive landscape - Support ideation and drive revenues from vertical-specific solutions/IP - Establish and execute account governance based on clients" business units and geographical spread - Interface with delivery partners to set delivery metrics/targets and drive customer excellence - Negotiate account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit Qualification Required: - Extensive experience in Accounts Management - Experience in Large West Indian Enterprise deals - Application selling experience (e.g., SAP, CRM, ERP, time & attendance) - Domain exposure in MFG/BFSI - 15-20 years of technology sales experience with large Indian Enterprises - Minimum 10 years of sales experience with IT services organizations - Proven experience in closing multi-million dollar deals in areas like ERP transformation, Data/AI, Mobility, Customer experience, Strategic outsourcing - Good understanding of the west regional market with strong CXO and OEM relationships Please note that the above qualifications and responsibilities are tailored to ensure your success in the Client Partner role at the company.,
